4. Non-Availability

• If a product is unavailable due to factors like stock shortages or price hikes, any advance payment will be refunded, and the order may be canceled.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch of the order.

6. Complaints

• Complaints must be accompanied by an unedited opening video of the delivered package.

• Transit loss or damage claims will not be considered.

• Complaints must be raised and resolved within 3 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of the seller.
